As I was joyfully floating around my backyard photographing the blooming Magnolias and trees and garden it suddenly hit me how frightening anger can be and that we must be much more mindful of this. Anger shuts down our minds and hearts quicker than anything I can think of and this occurs in the closest of relationships. - Lisa
