Peace and Healing for those who need it are on my mind today. And all we can do to speed things up for others is crucial. Please do what you can to spread the seeds of only love and try to let some of the other stuff go. Sometimes all we need is a gentle reminder to say ... Oh yes...I am calm...I am still... I am love.. this other stuff is stress to our system and others too. We are here to heal...to teach and to love. Namaste, Lisa
