Dear God,

I am here and contemplating the horror of Japan and I ask to have you use me to feel some of the pain, as much as I can bear, so that they can be spared a little and experience some comfort and joy among a time of tragedy.

Please give them courage and strength and rapid recovery and reconstruction of all that was destroyed.

Help us all to reflect upon this movement of the Earth and utilize it for the greatest good in all of us and to ensure and deepen the truth of our oneness as we have each been shaken to the core.
