The Broken Heart

  One thing I feel we each as human beings will experience and share as one is the condition of a broken heart.  So many losses we each will experience ... some of us more than others but nevertheless we shall each experience the loss of something we hold dear. That can be a person, place, beloved pet, friends, lovers, jobs, ideas...the list goes on and on.  One thing I know for sure is that there is tremendous value in the breaking of our hearts which of course is always a divine and crucial opening or else we would not be experiencing it. It is all in how we perceive our losses and see them as potential gains in many ways. One just has to put on their spiritual caps so to speak and go a little bit deep and once one does this very human act of excavating our spirit a little bit more and more hopefully each day one will learn, open and grow.  All comes back to us when we leave the earth to travel back to our most real and glorious home where loss is simply inevitable as well as nonexistent.
