This is a quiet day for me...one of adjusting, cleansing, preparation, clearing, decision-making and there is no room for self-doubt.  I have also just completed a metaphysical writing on the condition of Graves disease.  It is so fascinating the tools we are given to heal ourselves and I am very grateful for this.  Namaste and have a great day!
