Morning Message from TMW

I wish you all a beautiful Sunday!   May it be peaceful and calm...may you enjoy yourselves...play, be creative, eat well, move your body, go for a walk, dream as big as you can dream and know that The MetaPhysician Within YOU shall awaken and be activated as you feed your spirit and listen to the voice of your soul.  The body craves to be touched and to be cared for with love and tenderness. No matter what, one can always do something for themselves. You need no one else around you to make a difference in your life. What you can do is go deep within and ask yourself what it is that you need right now in this very moment and then do it! Don't procrastinate. Sometimes all one needs is four or five minutes of movement, or soaking in a tub, or a nap or a hands on self-healing treatment.  There are many ways to activate The MetaPhysician Within and make yourself feel great,  and as you do that your vibration is raised as is then all you are in contact and/or connection with.  While we heal ourselves, we are certainly simultaneously healing all others, too. - Lisa
