A Spontaneous Love Post

What a beautiful day this has been…what a wonderful opportunity it has been to offer healing and love to the world. There is much joy in doing that, and there can be much sadness too, when one taps into the heart of the world, so don't be too hard on yourself when you "feel everything" - it is all God and it is all holy so give to yourself what it is that your body and mind tell you that you need to make your Spirit shine with its incredible glory that sometimes hides beneath the shadows of the pain held inside.  - Lisa
