So often when we are stressed or suffering in any way at all of mind, body and soul - what helps is simply to stop and to tune in to your connection to the Divine, which is always present, although certainly not always felt and it is in these times of pain we are to take a deep and very conscious breath with desire to merge with God - and most likely if you can do this you can heal yourself. Go ahead and try it and see how you feel...see how you remember more clearly who it is that you are and what it is that you know.
